1. About Innathe Offer

Innathe Offer ("we", "us", "our") operates innatheoffer.in — a Kerala-focused hyperlocal marketplace where shoppers discover time-bound offers from local businesses.

By accessing or using Innathe Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who may use the service

Shoppers may browse public offer listings without creating an account unless a feature requires sign-in.

Businesses must register with accurate details and are responsible for the offers they publish. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in India.

3. Platform role

Innathe Offer is a discovery and listing platform. We do not sell products or services directly, fulfil orders, or guarantee that any offer will remain available.

Transactions, fulfilment, refunds and customer service for an offer are between the shopper and the publishing business unless we state otherwise in writing.

4. Business listings and payments

• Businesses pay a one-time fee per offer based on the selected plan (Daily, Weekly or Featured) before an offer goes live.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you authorise us and our payment partner to charge the selected amount.
• Fees are generally non-refundable once an offer is activated, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated by us.
• Plan features, duration, pricing and visibility rules are described on the About page and may change for future listings.

5. Offer content standards

• Offers must be genuine, lawful and available for the stated period.
• Do not publish misleading prices, fake discounts, illegal goods/services, hate speech, adult content, gambling, or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Each business is responsible for posters, descriptions, WhatsApp contact details and compliance with local laws and licensing requirements.
• We may remove, pause or reject offers that violate these terms or harm users, without refund where the violation is attributable to the business.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the platform.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, admin areas or APIs.
• Do not use the service for spam, fraud or impersonation.
• Do not collect user data from the platform except as permitted by law and our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Innathe Offer branding, software and site design belong to us or our licensors. Businesses retain ownership of their own logos, posters and offer content but grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform for the listing period.

You may not copy or reuse our branding without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, third-party payment failures, business–customer disputes, or inaccurate listings published by businesses.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create legal risk, or misuse the platform. Businesses remain responsible for offers already communicated to customers where applicable law requires it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
